Musician, Drummer & Percussionist
Last year, Ric was fortunate to tour with Totsy who opened for "The Brian Setzer Orchestra" (Stray Cats) as well as Malea McGuinness who opened for John Waite (The Babys, Bad English). Totsy highlighted his drumming while Malea's tour highlighted Ric's cajon and percussion work.
This year has already gotten off to a great start. Totsy played the Gibson booth at the NAMM convention and was the "Pick of the Week" by LA Weekly magazine for their Hotel Cafe show.
New Endorsement: After 8 years of beinging endorsed with another company, Ric has decided to make the move to the leading drum stick company, Vic FIrth. He is extremely excited and thankful to be apart of such an amazing team.
Ric is always working with different artists, writing and recording new material at Dexter Studios and giving lessons in his spare time. The past two months he was working with Gold Rush Country who backed Kayla Slone, the Walmart singing employee who just went viral on youtube in February. He also performed at Alex Navarro's CD release concerts in Los Angeles and Houston and was just featured in Tim Hicks music video.
This month Ric will be performing for Katrina Carlson's CD release party. Check out the Shows page for more info.
